I graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia where the approach to training chiropractors is very much a blended one; consisting of not only adjusting the joints of the body, but using muscle release techniques, rehab, supplements and nutrition and various other adjunctive modalities to provide the best patient care possible.
In my spare time I enjoy weight training, skiing and hiking in the mountains, cooking and anything outdoors

I started my healing career in 2010 when was accepted to Medical College in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. I wanted to start helping people right away, so I went to massage therapy courses and in 2011 received my first Certificate. Since then I was healing bodies and revealing stress.In 2014 I became a Registered Nurse but beside it, I went for another course and received certificate in Medical Massage.
In 2019 I graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy.

Manual chiropractic adjustments
Manual chiropractic adjustments can relieve pain and lessen stiffness in the joints but may not eliminate it. The adjustments can restore the normal movement of the joint in the body and proper balance. Manual adjustments help to recover full range of motion in the joint
Muscle Release Therapies
Muscle Release Therapies are a soft tissue method that focuses on relieving tissue tension via the removal of fibrosis/adhesions which can develop in tissues as a result of overload due to repetitive use. They have been reported to be both a diagnostic and a treatment technique, however, there is little scientific evidence regarding the effects on various pathologies.
Stretch Therapies
Stretch therapy is the scientific application of these techniques to treat certain physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints. When performed properly, stretch therapy can help prevent injuries and improve performance.

Managing your own rehabilitation can be risky.
